About us

We formed the Real Therapists Group out of a need to provide effective and affordable therapy.

We strongly believe in providing value to clients.

As therapists in our clinic, we collaborate, support, and learn from one another. We also offer additional training for our master-level clinicians.

We are working to become in-network with insurance providers for individuals who want to utilize their benefits.

We love Denver and know it's not the cheapest place to live.

We hope to provide you with transformative therapy without breaking the bank.

The Real Therapists Group is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health care to individuals – adults and teens. We also work with couples and families throughout the Denver metropolitan area.

We understand that seeking therapy can be a vulnerable step, and we strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe exploring your challenges and working toward your goals.

Located in south Denver (I-25 & Colorado Blvd), we are committed to serving the community and helping individuals achieve healthy relationships with themselves and others.

Jason Polk, LCSW, LAC

I've been in the mental health field for over 20 years.

I first started as an addiction counselor and then became trained in couples therapy. I own and operate a successful private-pay couples therapy practice in Denver.

Real Therapists Group's goal is to use our team experience to provide transformative and in-network therapy to those who live in the Denver metro area and throughout Colorado.

I grew up and lived in the Denver metro for most of my life and I love it here.

I work with individuals and couples to help them have healthy relationships with themselves and their partners.

I also train and support therapists to become the best they can be.
